Kwadwo is a director of LESED Advisory. He has rich experience in client relations from Airteltigo Ghana which is one of the leading telecommunications companies in Ghana. He is the Head of LESED Business Club, a subsidiary of LESED Advisory which has over the years, distinguished itself in mentorship for young entrepreneurs in Ghana.

Over the years, he has successfully led teams in the execution of business financing and entrepreneurial development projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Ghana. He also hold an Msc. In Energy and Economics at the Herriot-Watt University in the UK.
